Adults.
Training with Dmitri is not just do what coach says. You will follow a well-planned and structured training plan which is always based on the latest research data and industry insights. Also, you will understand WHY you do a particular exercise or movement, HOW to achieve your goal quicker without injuries; HOW to lose fat in healthy way so it will never come back.
Motivation to train is not about “my PT pushes me to the limits”, it’s all about understanding WHY you are here, in a gym and finding the ways to enjoy being here.
Children.
At different developing stages, children have different motivation and goals to come to the gym. While older kids already start to worry about body image and trying to find the ways to look good, younger ones still don’t understand why they have to start lifting weights. In both cases is very important to have support from a coach and family (read “family fitness training” below).
The biggest issue with current generation is a hunched back, rounded shoulders and such. The cause is obvious – increased use of mobile phones and computer-based homework. While this can be fixed by developing good habits of proper posture, physical exercises can help to strengthen/lengthen particular muscles, which gives great results. The time is NOW, don’t wait. While child is still growing and body shape is being developed, it’s relatively easy to correct this bad posture.

Adults and children.
Regardless the sport, every athlete is surrounded by “army” (if you lucky) of sport and industry professionals. Depending on a club, it can be only sport coach or a number of pros such as sport coach (sometimes more than one) strength and conditioning coach, physio, psychologist etc.
Strength and conditioning is very important part of your sport performance. Even if you are technically very good, a stronger and faster opponent will win in most of the cases.
By training with Dmitri (ASCA strength and conditioning coach) you will have a well-structured, periodized, sport specific training program, which will be created specifically for you considering your injuries, weaknesses and strengths. This is the best way and fast track to increase your physical performance in your sport.
Individual

We are big advocates for a healthier, fitter families. Why not to train all together?! Don’t worry about different physical abilities, you will have different individual training programs to follow. The most important is family support to maintain accountability and achieve desired results. While parents will lift adequate weight, the younger ones can learn proper technique of basic exercises and use safe, soft weights.
* There is no minimum age, but a child should be able to follow instructions and of course behave in a gym for his/her own safety.

CROSSWIM is a group training. It is swimming pool based unique combination of swimming training and strength & conditioning exercises.
Everyone is welcome! CROSSWIM has three training programs:
ENTRY – entry level. Children
PRIME – main level. Children
SOCIAL – adults and children
